We booked the standard room ..... I don`t know if it was the standard room, but it had a separate bedroom and a kitchen. We really liked that, even if all the drawers and kitchen cupboard have been locked. No, not locked, screwed! No idea why!? The view from the balcony was awesome ..... nice and good quality furniture.
No informations about the hotel, resturants and spa have been available in english. Additional fee to enter the wellness-area :-(

The room was good size, kitchen/living room and separate bedroom. Room was located right at the waterfront so great views from the balcony and bedroom full wall size window on the sea side.
The hotel was not worth the price even in Norwegian price standards. With these rates you would imagine you get proper towels, shampoos etc. especially in a spa hotel. This was not the case. Also, the kitchen in the room was equiped only with 3 glasses and 3 cups. That's all!! All the cupboards was screwed shut. Overall I think the management should have a look in other hotels to see what this price can offer in terms of quality. Great potential but unfortunatelly not very well thought through. Details, details..... Might sound picky but with these prices you can be picky.

We had a fantastic stay close to the ocean at this hotel with a great location down by the fjord. The cleanliness is impressive and the hotel facilities are top-notch, especially the amazing spa. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The parking was also very convenient, and we had an easy time getting around thanks to the transportation options available.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The spa facilities are simply superb and provide for total relaxation with stunning views of the waterfront and beyond.
The only fault was that there is no air conditioning which I would have expected of a hotel of this standard. I know that the weather was exceptionally hot when I visited but all eventuallities should be catered for in my opinion.

The hotel had a nice pool area and the breakfast was okay, with a good selection of food items to choose from. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated in a good location with easy access to nearby attractions.
The room was quite small and uncomfortable. The air circulation system did not work properly, which made the room hot and stuffy.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful.
My room was arranged in a strange way, and instead of 1 double bed there were 2 twin beds separated from each other. Not very convenient for a solo traveler.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the Oslo fjord was breathtaking, with stunning views of the lush surroundings. The service at this place was outstanding, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent room service and housekeeping. We were also impressed with the wide range of amenities provided, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the garden furniture. The dining experience was top-notch, with a delicious buffet dinner and a variety of dining options, including special diet menus. We also took advantage of the spa and wellness centre, enjoying the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We found useful information on what we could do in the yellow tubes at reception. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff provided excellent service. the spa area was pleasant with large pools and nice views, and the bar staff were friendly.
The hotel's lunch and dinner options were overpriced for the quality of food provided.
